Bernardsville Public Library
The Bernardsville Public Library has also been a private home and an inn, under the names of the Vealtown Tavern and John Parker Tavern.
The building is allegedly haunted by the apparition of one Phyllis Parker who resided there in the late 1700's.
Audible phenomena include footsteps and the distressed cries of a woman.
